Terms

1. Publisher

SportLeak (NHL Predictor) is published by Lecat Strategic Consulting, SIRET 90329861000028, Argelès-sur-Mer, France. Contact: [email protected]. Site: https://hockey.sportleak.com.

2. Nature of the service

SportLeak provides statistical analyses, calibrated probabilities and decision-aid tools about NHL games. Content is informational only. It is not gambling advice, not a bookmaker, and does not guarantee any financial result. Users are solely responsible for how they use the information.

3. Plans

  • Free — Past-game statistics and Form/H2H; on today’s slate, full detail for the first match only (by start time); no tip; no parlays; no full upcoming slate. New accounts can start a 3-day Elite trial via Stripe (card required; cancel anytime in the Customer Portal). If Stripe is not configured, a DB-only Elite trial may be granted on signup.
  • Pro — Everything in Free, plus full stats and probabilities for all upcoming matches, simulation refresh, manual parlays, and team/player tracking & compare. No tip of the day; no expert parlays.
  • Elite — Everything in Pro, plus tip of the day per match slate and expert-prepared parlays (experts + stats).

4. Pricing & payment

Current prices are shown on /pricing (monthly and yearly). Payment is processed by Stripe. Prices may include applicable VAT according to your location and Stripe Tax settings when enabled.

5. Subscription, renewal, cancellation

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage payment method, invoices and cancellation via the Stripe Customer Portal (“Manage subscription” on /pricing). Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period when Stripe provides that status.

6. Withdrawal & refunds

Digital content is supplied immediately after purchase. By starting the subscription you acknowledge that performance begins before the end of any cooling-off period where applicable. Reasonable goodwill refunds may be granted at our discretion (e.g. clear billing error or unused period shortly after purchase). Contact us at the address above; EU consumer rights remain unaffected where mandatory.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SportLeak is not liable for betting or investment losses, nor for decisions taken from the service. The service is provided “as is”; availability and model outputs may vary. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Account & data

You must provide accurate account information and keep credentials confidential. Billing data is processed by Stripe. Account and usage data are processed to provide the service; contact us for access/deletion requests where applicable.
